Once the order is submitted, the system will process it automatically and it cannot be cancelled. Exceptions apply only if a request is submitted to the supplier and approved after the order is delayed.

No refund will be provided for submitting wrong carriers, or unlocked IMEIs.

After successful unlocking, no refund will be issued if the device fails to activate due to issues such as forgotten device account passwords.
